We built BTR because we love horses.
Horses can't tell you when something's wrong. Often, a change in how much they're drinking is the earliest signal you'll get — and one of the easiest to miss. Reduced water intake is a well-known risk factor for colic, impaction, and heat stress: some of the most common, and most preventable, emergencies in equine care.
A chalkboard can't catch a drop overnight. A quick visual check at feeding time can miss it too. - Get your invite. You receive an onboarding email and create your password through a secure profile setup link.
- Log in to the BTR portal. Access your ranch's dashboard from any device.
- Connect your hardware. Add your Gateway and Nodes from Settings.
- Add your horses. Create a profile for every horse you want to track.
- Add your team. Invite employees — they join with their own phone, no extra seat to buy.
- Plan the work. Schedule tasks for your team and lessons for your students — replacing the chalkboard and chalk.
- Build the record. Create a medical record for each horse.
- Watch the water. Visualize consumption on the dashboard or on each horse's own profile.
